These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and mae445 ("mae445", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the mae445 website located at https://mae445.cam and all associated services, features, games, promotions, and content offered thereon (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through mae445, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform or its Services.

To register and maintain a valid account on mae445, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. mae445 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all gambling-related services. This is verified through the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person (individual). Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or self-excluded from the mae445 Platform.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any gambling authority or self-exclusion scheme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration. Any material misrepresentation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

4.1 Registration Process

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on mae445. Multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, mae445 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and retain or return real-money funds at its sole discretion.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. mae445 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify mae445 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. mae445 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 KYC Verification

All accounts are subject to mandatory KYC verification prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian IC / MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of residential address dated within three months, and a selfie photograph holding the ID document. Verification is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission.

4.4 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all personal details held on your account are accurate and up to date at all times. mae445 may require re-verification if account details change. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mae445 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Bank Transfer, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20 / BTC (available to Diamond VIP members only). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully KYC-verified accounts. Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to the gaming account instantly. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically credited within 5 to 10 minutes.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account is fully KYC-verified; (b) all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met; (c) the requested amount does not exceed your account tier's daily or weekly withdrawal limit; and (d) your account is in good standing with no active fraud investigations. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 hours during business hours.

5.4 Source of Funds

mae445 may, at its discretion, request documentation confirming the lawful source of funds deposited into a Player's account. This is part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

5.5 Currency

All monetary transactions on mae445 — including deposits, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals — are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). No currency conversion fees are applied by the Platform.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the mae445 Platform are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the following general bonus terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement as specified per offer. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 20x the bonus amount depending on membership tier. Winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum allowable bet per spin or per round is typically capped between RM250 and RM500. Placing bets in excess of this cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%. Table games including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Live dealer games may have reduced contribution rates as specified per bonus offer.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds must be used and wagering requirements must be satisfied within the expiry window specified per offer, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited.
• Sticky Bonuses: Certain promotional bonuses are classified as "sticky" — meaning the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn, only winnings generated from the bonus may be eligible for withdrawal once wagering conditions are met.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times is considered promotional abuse and may result in account suspension.
• Maximum Cash-Out from Free Bonuses: Where a bonus is awarded without a qualifying deposit (e.g., free credit), the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by that bonus is capped as specified in the individual offer terms.

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the mae445 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of mae445's trading team shall be final and binding. Markets covered include, but are not limited to, Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC, NBA, La Liga, and other major international competitions.

7.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

All casino and live dealer games are governed by the rules specific to each game as displayed within the Platform. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.3 Bet Acceptance

mae445 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where bets are suspected to result from technical errors, software malfunctions, or where the stated odds contained a clear pricing error. In such cases, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account.

7.4 Technical Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, mae445 reserves the right to void affected bets. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — any game result produced during a technical error is not binding. Players should contact support immediately if they experience any technical disruptions during gameplay.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mae445 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once ("bonus abuse").
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-financial crime legislation.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using VPN or other circumvention tools.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that damages the reputation, operations, or security of the mae445 Platform.

All content on the mae445 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic designs, page layouts, software code, game assets, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of mae445 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from mae445.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mae445 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside mae445's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or to safeguard your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in published odds that was the result of a manifest error, where affected bets have been voided in accordance with Clause 7.3.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mae445's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. mae445 provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

mae445 is committed to promoting safe, fair, and responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. • The Player is found to be under the age of 21;
• The Player accesses the Platform from a Restricted Territory;
• KYC verification is not completed within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• Duplicate accounts are identified;
• mae445 determines at its sole discretion that continued provision of Services to the Player poses a commercial, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements) will generally be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any required compliance review.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures notified to the Player at the time of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
